Hello Philippe – Glad you like the mix! The French track is by Les Vikings – Ambiance Vikings – great track!
Cheers!
Thank you very much! Though I think I shot myself in the foot by asking you the track directly on your blog…
Well if ever you have free time and want to send me the other tracks or some of them feel free by email (philippenoel99@hotmail.com)
I am slowly building a nice collection of these records I’m discovering through you and Hugo, and will soon too create special tropical nights here in Montreal. Then I’ll invite you for a special appearance!!! Cheers!
Hi
I also love this mix, keep listening all the time and it makes me feel free but I would appreciate if you could tell me the song from 21:45 to 24:15.
It is the best part, one of the best, and I can’t find out who is playing. Thank you.
Hi Eva,
That track is by a Congolese band called ‘The Tropicals’ the track is Mwad’s on Barclay records.
Will upload a track listing when I have a sec.

Comment by Frankie Francis 03.23.10 @ 10:48 amA euphoric mix.
The track after Les Vikings’ Ambiance Vikings has a distinctly Angolan sound to it. Almost sounds like Elias dia Kimuezo, would you mind terribly letting me know the track name? The guitar ensemble is incredible.
